Salon Appointment Policies
Booking Policy:
All appointments are booked, rescheduled or cancelled directly through Amber Tullberg or using the secure online booking site.
I require a credit card to hold all reservations.
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that unforeseen things may happen and will gladly reschedule your appointment within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time.
Any cancellations made within 48hrs of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the price of your scheduled service.
No shows or day of cancellations will result in a full charge of your scheduled service.
- In light of Covid-19, if you are feeling ill at any time up until the time of your appointment, please do not hesitate to reach out and I will waive my cancellation fee.
Service Adjustment:
It is my desire that any client of mine leaving the salon will be satisfied with their service results based on our consultation, goals, integrity of hair and pre-planning future appointments for large color changes. I would love to offer solutions to ensure your happiness. If you are not pleased with your service results please reach out directly to me at amber@borne.co within one week of your service date.
