Salon Appointment Policies
All appointments are booked, rescheduled or cancelled directly through Amber Tullberg or using the secure online booking site.
I require a credit card to hold all reservations.
I understand that unforeseen things may happen and will gladly reschedule your appointment within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time.
Any cancellations made within 48hrs of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the price of your scheduled service.
No shows or day of cancellations will result in a full charge of your scheduled service.
- In light of Covid-19, if you are feeling ill at any time up until the time of your appointment, please do not hesitate to reach out and I will waive my cancellation fee.
It is my desire that any client of mine leaving the salon will be satisfied with their service results based on our consultation, goals, integrity of hair and pre-planning future appointments for large color changes. I would love to offer solutions to ensure your happiness. If you are not pleased with your service results please reach out directly to me at email@example.com within one week of your service date.
